West Palms Events Invites Everyone to Join Our Rider and Trainer Committee

West Palms Events works to produce horse shows that are well-run, organized, and safe for horses and riders, with superior footing, great amenities and special events at all our shows. To accomplish this and ensure that we continuously provide a top-quality show experience, we look to our show participants for valuable feedback regarding our performance.

We are inviting trainers and other equine competitors and trainers to participate in our Rider and Trainer Committee meetings in 2016, and let us know what you think! We need your input and welcome suggestions, new ideas, and constructive criticism. The Trainer Committee meetings are open to all equine professionals, competitors and trainers and are a fantastic opportunity to make your voice heard.
There will be four meetings conducted by phone throughout the year. Please stay tuned for more information regarding our first meeting! We will be scheduling it soon, and we encourage you to review the West Palms Events shows you’ve attended, and let us know what you liked, as well as where you feel we can improve.

Dale Harvey of West Palms Events said, “The Rider and Trainer Committee is a great way for my staff and I to hear directly from the riders and trainers who attend our shows with their clients. This type of feedback gives us ways to improve for the coming season, and helps the West Palms Events team continue to offer a superior horse show experience on every level, from rings, stalls and footing, to hospitality, VIP and special events.”  He added, “My goal is always to put the attendees and their horses first, and I look forward to implementing as many suggestions and improvements as possible.”
The only way we can continue to produce quality events is through feedback from you, the riders and trainers who attend with your clients and horses. Please contact us if you are interested in joining the committee in 2016!
To join the Rider and Trainer Committee, simply email Cassie Lutz at Cassie@WestPalmsEvents.com and let them know you would like to join.  We’ll keep you posted as to the date and time of the first meeting.
