The Murieta Equestrian Center has undergone many renovations this year in preparation of the show this Fall, including most notably that all show rings have been updated with GGT-Footing, to ensure the best possible experience for competitors and their mounts. We are looking forward to welcoming the competitors and their horses to the facility to experience the changes!
As the West Coast’s premier equestrian event facility, the Murieta Equestrian Center boasts four indoor arenas, 13 outdoor arenas, the main indoor arena with bleacher and box seating for 2,500 guests, 100+ RV spaces, ample parking, newly built permanent bathrooms, updated shopping and concession areas – all housed within acres of grassy, park-like grounds.
“The West Coast Equine Foundation and Murieta Equestrian Center are very excited for our new partnership with WPEM on the Sacramento International Horse Show,” said Maryann Subbotin of Murieta Equestrian Center. “WCEF’s philosophy, ‘better education benefits horses, riders and our community,’ fits with what West Palms Events has been doing with the Sacramento International Horse Show and we are looking forward to a wonderful partnership to continue fostering that philosophy.”

According to West Palms Events Show Manager Dale Harvey, “The WCEF’s philosophy is directly in line with what West Palms Events believes in and supports whole-heartedly: giving back to the equine community while supporting those in need of help and services.” He added, “We are very excited for our new partnership with MEC and West Coast Equine Foundation; it enables us to create a show experience for horses, riders and spectators that rivals top-quality equestrian venues across the country. We are looking forward to our biggest year ever at the Sacramento International Horse Show starting next month with two great weeks of competition!”
